Genora provides tools that allow individuals and families to create and explore family trees, connect relatives across generations, document relationships, preserve photographs, stories, memories, and historical information, and collaborate with family members. Genora does not independently verify all information submitted by users and should not be considered a source of certified genealogical, historical, legal, or official records.

2. Eligibility

You must meet applicable age requirements to create an account or use Genora. If you are below the applicable age of digital consent, you may use Genora only with appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Creating a Genora Account

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, ensuring account information is accurate, and all activity performed through your account. You may not create accounts using another person's identity or misrepresent your relationship to another person.

4. Family Trees and Relationship Information

Family information may include names, relationships, dates, locations, family history, photographs, memories, and stories. Information may be contributed by multiple individuals. Genora does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or historical validity of user-contributed family information.

5. Family Profiles and Profile Claims

Profiles may be created by family members before an individual joins Genora. Individuals may claim or manage profiles through available verification processes.

6. User Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit, including photographs, stories, memories, documents, and family history contributions. You grant Infiniqo, Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store, host, process, and provide Genora services.

7. Shared Family Contributions

Some information represents shared family records rather than information belonging exclusively to one individual. Shared family contributions may remain available after account deletion where necessary to preserve family records and platform integrity.

8. Photos, Videos, Documents, and Memories

Users must ensure they own or have permission to share uploaded content. Users may not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

9. Privacy of Living Individuals

Users should not upload sensitive personal information about living individuals without appropriate permission. This includes government identifiers, financial information, medical records, private addresses, or confidential information.

10. Deceased Individuals and Memorial Information

Genora allows families to preserve information about deceased relatives. Memorial content must be respectful and lawful.

11. Family Administrators

Family administrators may help manage family networks, membership requests, invitations, duplicate profiles, and suggested changes. Administrators do not own family data.

12. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide truthful information, respect family members, obtain permission before sharing information, and use Genora only for lawful purposes.

13. AI-Powered Features

Genora may provide AI-assisted features including family story generation, relationship explanations, memory organization, and content suggestions. AI-generated information may contain errors and should be reviewed by users.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Information collection, use, and protection are described in the Genora Privacy Policy. Genora processes information to provide and improve the Platform.

15. Security

Infiniqo, Inc. implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

16. Platform Availability

Genora may update features, modify services, perform maintenance, or temporarily suspend access to maintain and improve the Platform.

17. Subscription and Payments

If Genora offers paid features or subscriptions, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed separately.

18. Intellectual Property

The Genora name, logo, branding, software, design, features, and technology are owned by Infiniqo, Inc. or its licensors.

19. Family Disputes

Genora provides tools for collaboration but is not responsible for disputes involving family relationships, ancestry claims, inheritance matters, or personal conflicts.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

Infiniqo, Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

21. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion. Personal information will be handled according to applicable privacy laws. Shared family contributions may remain where necessary to preserve family records.

22. Disclaimer

Genora is provided on an available basis and does not guarantee accuracy of family information, historical correctness, uninterrupted availability, or specific outcomes.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infiniqo, Inc. is not liable for user-generated content, family disputes, errors in family information, or losses resulting from user actions.

24. Changes to These Terms

Infiniqo, Inc. may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Genora after changes means acceptance of updated Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws relating to Infiniqo, Inc.'s place of incorporation, subject to applicable legal requirements.
